White Paper

For this course we were instructed to conduct a White paper. The Audience of this white paper would be human resources/management team, consulting client, and instructor. We were asked to act as an Conflict Management Expert at a Communication Consulting Firm and bid a contract to conduct a conflict management training course for a client.
